about solid waste management. Think Technologies
responded with a high-octane new media presentation. |

The
interactive virtual tour website is
a powerful tool for growing awareness
and acceptance of solid waste disposal
via a fun and interactive learning
experience. Using the latest in web
media technologies, Think Technologies
designed the website to attract and
retain visitors with engaging graphics
and multimedia presentations. Focusing
on education, users discover what processes
are involved in the disposal of solid
waste in St Lucie County, and how these
critical services directly benefit
the community.

The
interactive tour consists of twelve
sections, representing the facilities
and services at the Baling and Recycling
Facility, 3 games and a cartoon about
recycling. The content is geared primarily
for grade school level children with
an emphasis on ease of use. The animation
sequences for the sections entice visitors
to discover more about solid waste
processing in a state of the art facility.
The Interactive games involve users
and require them to interact with the
content in order to win. The cartoon
uses humor and levity to communicate
important messages in a friendly fashion.
